Malaysian freedom fighter, Raja Petra Kamaruddin was charged in the PJ session court on the 6 May 2008 under the Seditions Act for his article calling for murderers to be sent to hell. Apparently, murderers and criminals are protected animals under the BN government and any expressions, whether written or spoken, against these breeds of so-called humans are labelled as seditions.
